Concept
Research papers and working papers can be published on knol. The journal will be a collection of accepted papers published on knol after a public review process. Thus the journal provides authenticity and public review for papers published on knol. The authors keep the copy right with them and then can publish in a print magazine of their choice. But they have to inform the publisher about the pre-online publication on knol and the publisher has to accept to keep the paper on the knol. A copy of the version approved by the Journal will be kept with the journal in unpublished condition and if at any time author unpublishes his knol, Journal will publish its version to make the paper available to journal readers.
Editorial board will be announced in due course.
Persons with doctoral qualifications with interest to act as editorial board members may please indicate their willingness through a comment.
